Every
UMC employee is required to adhere the following policies and
procedures:

Drug Testing

Random
drug testing is performed on a minimum of 50% of our employees per
year. |
Alcohol Testing
 |
Random
alcohol testing is performed on a minimum of 25% of our employees per
year. |
Safety Meetings
 |
Weekly
general safety meetings are mandatory for all employees |
Hazwoper Training
 |
Supervisory
personnel are required to obtain 40 hours of Hazwoper training. |
CPR/First Aid
 |
All
full-time employees are CPR and First Aid trained and certified by the
American Red Cross. |
CDL
 |
Employees
who operate the appropriate vehicles have a CDL drivers license. |
